All screen prints are RTS! DTF prints TAT is 2-4 business days, Sublimation transfers will ship within 1-2 business days. The cutoff time for USPS is 1:45 pm CST; cutoff time for UPS is 3:00 pm CST Monday-Friday.

Policies

Turn Around Times (TAT): Regular inventory (offered on the website) for DTF and sublimation are printed per order and ships within 1-2 business days (M-F). Turn around time begins the day following the day your order was placed. We do not allow add-ons to orders. If you forgot something, you will need to place a separate order. Custom orders have a 2-4 business day turn around time. Please plan your own TAT dependent on the longest TAT date to ensure you do not cut yourself short on time when prepping your own orders.

Shipping/Tracking: Orders will be shipped in rigid mailers or long boxes based on the size or type of order you have. Each order will receive a tracking number once shipped. This will be emailed to the address that placed the order. Be sure to check spam/junk folders. To help direct your emailed order updates and any communication from us, please add support@upnorthscreenprints.com to your contacts. You will also be able to check on your order status by logging in to your account. We are not responsible for damaged/lost packages.

Returns: Due to the nature of this business, returns, exchanges, cancellations will not be accepted. Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting. If for some reason your order is cancelled, there will be a 20% cancellation fee incurred.

All Sales Are Final: Please be advised that all sales are considered final. Should there be an issue with your prints (defective or missing, etc) please contact us within 3 business days of receiving them at support@upnorthscreenprints.com. 

Sezzle: We offer Sezzle as a payment option for your convenience. Orders placed through Sezzle must be a minimum of $35. Please reach out if you have any concerns about this.
