Turn Around Times (TAT): All of our screen prints are in-stock and ready to ship (RTS). We will ship orders within 1-2 business days (M-F). DTF and sublimation orders are printed per order. DTF ships within 3-5 business days and sublimation ships within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the beginning of the following week. We do not allow add-ons to orders. If you forgot something, you will need to place a separate order.
Shipping/Tracking: Orders will be shipped in rigid mailers. Each order will receive a tracking number once shipped. This will be emailed to the address that placed the order. Be sure to check spam/junk folders. To help direct your emailed order updates and any communication from us, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts. You will also be able to check on your order status by logging in to your account. We are not responsible for damaged/lost packages.
Returns: Due to the nature of this business, returns, exchanges, cancellations will not be accepted. Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting. If for some reason your order is cancelled, there will be a 20% cancellation fee incurred.
All Sales Are Final: Please be advised that all sales are considered final. Should there be an issue with your prints (defective or missing,etc) please contact us within 3 business days of receiving them at email@example.com.
Sezzle: We offer Sezzle as a payment option for your convenience. Orders placed through Sezzle must be a minimum of $35. Please reach out if you have any concerns about this.
